Here is a few points between different grills and ideas how to choose the best one for you:

Electric grills

If customers want to grill in a cooler period, on the terrace or in the closed premises the electric grill is most suitable. Teflon plate is used for grilles that are suitable for one or two persons in which a spiral for heating is build. The spiral is the heart of the grill, so it must be efficient enough, with good quality and accessible for easy cleaning.

An advantage of this type is the easy handling and the speed at which it is prepared for grilling without the need for wood. You can also use electric grills to prepare dishes such as fondue or raclette.

The only downside is that you are deprived of the “right” grilling scent, and preparation is only possible where the electrical supply is.

Only after a certain time can you estimate the correct temperature for meat insertion. The temperature is adjustable only by air holes, which must be sufficient for easy control. The fat is dripping directly onto the coal when preparing the food, which can be limited by estimating the correct temperature for the preparation and use of a collecting bowl or aluminium coaster placed directly on the coal. The taste and smell of the meat prepared in this way is great and very popular.

Medium sizes are often produced in so-called ” Kits where you can get a grease-removal plate besides the grill, a cast iron grill plate, a pot base, a WOK pan, and more. All parts can be folded together and protected by age. The grill hatch creates a basically baking pipe.

Top quality models are technologically advanced. The entire casing including the cabinet in stainless steel. Enamel grid grates are very well maintained and have a long service life. Types of gas grills

Gas grills can be divided into 3 basic types, namely contact, lava, grills with RBS technology.

Lava grills

Those belongs to a group of gas barbecue grills, but burners are supplemented with lava stones. They are gas heated and very fast absorbing heat. The porous surface absorbs a large amount of fat that drips out of the flesh, thus reducing the production of pollutants and the tendency to flare up. Invaluable is the self-cleaning ability of lava stones, which does not require removal of fat or ash. After each grill, it has to be heated to maximum temperature for 5 minutes, so all impurities are burned.

Lava stones are sometimes combined with cast iron plates that allow frying meals in a marinade. The normal use of the stone lasts one season. If they start to crumble, it is time to change them.

Grill with RBS technology

RBS technology is a state-of-the-art grilling process, ceramic burners are positioned on the sides of the grill, thus eliminating of dripping grease and juice. Temperature can be regulated more accurately, it is not necessary to use grill briquettes or lava stones. They are rather an aesthetic function.

Contact grills

For heat transfer, the grate and plate are used, which are heated to the maximum temperature and, thanks to the material used (cast iron), excellently accumulate heat. Under of these grills are placed burners whose heat is evenly dispersed over the entire surface on which the food is grilled.
